Teletherapy is used to support individuals who are unable to complete in person therapy appointments. Many of the same theoretical approaches that are used in individual and family therapy are used to support clients who receive services via telehealth. Teletherapy is provided using a secure and private video platform.
Group therapy is a form of treatment where multiple clients, alongside a therapist (or multiple therapist) form a group to explore various skills and topics including, but not limited to relationship building and social skills.
